Amazing service when I needed it. Car broke down, parked on side of the street. Employee from Autozone named Bubba was making a delivery and saw I was in need of assistance. He helped me push my vehicle all the way to autozone parking lot so the vehicle and myself was safe off the road. Phenomenal service and definitely a good employee from Bubba for helping me out.
I went in today to get a replacement fuse for my car. When I walked in I was instantly greeted by an associate and I ask for help finding the right fuse. He told me he would point me to where the fuses are but “wouldn’t sit and look through them all with me” mind you there were maybe 20 fuses so it wasn’t many to look through at all and that I needed to look for it while he “went and hid”. I guess what he meant by hiding was standing around the corner and doing absolutely nothing. After 15 minutes of looking I found the right one and stood and waited another 15 minutes to checkout. Multiple associates looked at me and walked past me without asking if I needed help. Someone finally came out of the back and said “what do you need?” If I could give it 0 stars I would, I have never experienced worse customer service in my life, and I will definitely not be back to this store.

Excellent place to buy auto parts, especially when the guy named Charles I think he is a manager assistant,he knows how to deal with customers,and that is something very hard to do.

Thank you SO MUCH to Anthony who was nice enough to come right out to my car and put my passenger side bulb in last night when I discovered that my headlight was out as soon as it got dark outside! Truly appreciate that kind of customer service that you don't always find anymore :)
Horrible autozone. Last 3 out of 4 times I walked out because no one wanted to help me after standing in line for 20 min each time. And last night I got brake pads and the guy grabbed wrong ones off the self( 10 minutes b4 closing) and today I needed them to match up my brake line. Went back 3 times and they still got it wrong. Went to autozone in point and they got it taken care of first time no problems. I guess from now on I will skip the one 2 min away from me and go to the one 10 min away because it's just bad in that store. And the manager is just lost
